Adaptive training plan
A plan written from your level, your last few weeks and the days you can train. It rewrites itself when you change.

Train for a 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon. Pondera Pace builds your plan from your own runs, fitness and recovery. Each day it shows you what to run and how well you have recovered, so every run has a purpose.

Bring in what your watch or app shares through Health Connect: runs, heart rate, sleep and heart rate variability. You can also add runs from TCX, GPX or KML files.
A coach, not a social network. Every screen exists to decide what you run tomorrow.

Gold, silver and bronze by distance, found in the best segment of each activity, not just the total time.
Every session with its map, its splits, its zones and its route replay.
Every run adds its kilometres to the pair you assigned. Change a workout’s pair and the distance moves with it.
Pace groups your sessions by where they start. Name a spot and the runs that leave from there belong to it.
Review how your pace, heart rate and load change across your training block. Pace brings those trends together to help you understand your training.
How much to carry and at which minute to take it on every long run, from the real demand of the session.
A TCX, GPX or KML comes in through the same door as your watch and feeds your twin just the same.
Cards with your numbers and your map, ready to post the moment you cross the line.

Yes. Pace includes training blocks for 5K, 10K, 15K, half marathon and marathon. Your plan takes your fitness, recent training and available running days into account.
No, a watch is optional. You can import TCX, GPX or KML files, or connect an app that shares data through Health Connect. Distance and time are enough to track volume and pace. Zones and recovery need more data, such as heart rate, heart rate variability and sleep.
On Android, Pace reads 30 days without the history permission and up to 2 years with it. You can import again at any time from Settings. Pace then reads all the data it can and rebuilds your twin.
Pace links your run history to a plan made for you and to your recovery. Its digital twin estimates your fitness, load and habits. Each reading shows how sure Pace is, so you can see what backs it up and what data is missing.
Pace compares your heart rate variability and sleep with your normal levels to guide your training. The reading depends on your history and the data you share. It does not diagnose injuries or tell you whether it is safe to run with pain.
The iPhone app is on its way. For now, you can get Pondera Pace on Google Play. We will announce the App Store launch on this page.
Your training data builds your twin, your plan and your progress screens. Your Pondera Pace account is separate from our other apps, and they do not share data. You can remove data access on your device and delete your account in the app at any time.
